Situated in Danzig, the Institute has never escaped its initial drubbing by Pincer Analogue in The Monthly Review Of Universities And Colleges Of Deutschland (and some institutes as well) in which he infamously wrote “there are only three criteria a school of learning needs, and if you need to be told, you’ll never be told. The Nuremberg Institute of Personification will never be told. Fit for minor, genetically dubious royalty only.”
Subsequent attempts to reinvigorate the institute by Herr Hera failed to attract the attention of academia, and the continual decline looks unlikely to be reversed.
